Join us for August's Uncorked Wine Night featuring the exceptional wines of 𝗚𝗶𝗽𝘀𝗶𝗲 𝗝𝗮𝗰𝗸. Enjoy four expertly paired wines with four delicious small plates, and meet winemaker Ben Potts, visiting all the way from Langhorne Creek, South Australia, to share the story behind each pour.

Founded in 2002 by renowned winemaker John Glaetzer and local vigneron Bill Potts, Gipsie Jack was created to support struggling grape growers in Langhorne Creek. Bill’s son, Ben, joined the venture as a fresh winemaking graduate, and together with John, they continue to produce high-quality wines under the Gipsie Jack label—named in memory of John’s beloved Jack Russell, Gipsie, who features on every bottle.
